How to Grow Sweet Pepper Seeds

Cubanelle Sweet Peppers generally mature in approximately 60–75 days. They may be harvested while pale green for a mild flavor or left on the plant to develop warmer yellow, orange, or red coloring and greater sweetness.

Cut peppers from the plants with clean scissors or pruning shears to avoid damaging branches. Store freshly harvested peppers in the refrigerator and use within approximately 1–2 weeks for the best texture and flavor.
